Mid June to mid August, parents or guardians may stop by the District Office at 503 North Sequim Avenue and pick up Registration packets for each school. We require a copy of each student's birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of District residency (such as a bill with a local address) to accompany each completed registration. Beginning the third week of August when school offices reopen, parents or guardians may register their children directly at each school of attendance.

Parents or guardians will need to bring the following items with them when registering their child for Kindergarten:
· Bring original birth certificate or passport - hospital certificate and/or social security card is not acceptable; and
· Immunization Record - Washington State Law requires 3 doses Hepatitis B, 4 doses DTaP, 4 doses of Polio, 2 doses MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), and 2 Varicella (Chicken pox).
Is your child ready for Kindergarten? The Ready for Kindergarten Program has identified “progressive targets” or goals to assist parents in the readiness for children to enter Kindergarten. The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction utilizes the Ready for Kindergarten Program and has an Early Learning and School Readiness department with resources available to parents.
